Park Queue Times Plus

Spend the day on the rides,
not in the queue.

The queue times and the crowd calendar are free, and stay free. Plus puts your rides in the right order for the day you are going, tells you the moment a queue drops, prints a sheet for your date, and opens the month, year and resort views on the graph tool - at every one of 100 parks.

For a whole park day

A year of Plus works out at about 8p a day: the price of 3 Trip passes, or 6 Day passes. Lifetime pays for itself in about 3 years.

On the house

Your first park day is free

Every account gets one Day pass on us. Pick the date you are going and Plus covers the whole of that day, whatever time zone the park is in, with no card needed. Use the ride order and the live day for real, and if it earned its place, the Year is the sensible next step.

Create a free account, pick your date, and the day is yours.

When should Plus switch on?

This is the day your pass starts - not the day you pay. Leave it blank to start right away, or pick a date to line Plus up with a trip, so you don't spend days of it before you travel.

Year switches on as soon as you pay and runs through 18 September 2027.

  • Secure checkout by Stripe. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay - we never see your card details.
  • No auto-renewal, ever. Your pass simply ends when the term is up; there is nothing recurring to cancel.
  • By continuing you agree to our terms and privacy policy, and to the refund terms below.

What Plus includes

Five tools,
one membership.

Plus is one membership covering a set of tools, not any single one of them. Every pass includes the same things; only the length changes. These are the current tools, and they are added to over time.

Plan

Your day,
in the right order.

Pick the rides you actually want and the date you are going. Plus sequences them against the wait curve for that day, so the headliners land in their quiet windows. On the day it goes live: every stop shows its queue right now against the plan, the next ride is called from the boards, and one tap watches the lot so you are told the moment one drops.

Alerts

Told the moment
a queue drops.

Watch as many rides as you like, with a threshold suggested from each ride's own history. Every alert type we run, from a plain wait figure to the single-rider line opening, and a live board of what is sitting furthest below its usual wait right now.

Forecast

The forecast is free.
Plus acts on it.

The crowd calendar for every park stays free for everyone. Plus is what happens next: pick a date and the forecast becomes a ride order and a printable sheet for that day, and a park alert tells you if the forecast, the hours or the weather move before you go.

History

Every hour
we ever recorded.

The full wait-time history behind every ride, on the graph tool that compares any parks, rides or resorts on any dates. Plus adds the month and year views, so one summer sits against the last, and rolls a whole resort up into one line.

Yours

Keep the day
you built.

Save a plan, pick it back up on the morning, and share it by link. Follow every park you care about rather than the first five. And a coloured mark beside the wordmark that only members can set.

    Ad-free browsing

The site is ad-supported for everyone else. Plus loads no ad unit and no ad script at all, so pages are lighter as well as cleaner.

  • 365

Custom graphs, by month and by year

Group any slot on the graph tool by the month or the year it sits in, and roll a whole resort up into one line. The tool itself - five slots, lines or bars, a CSV of what you drew - is free to every member.

  • 1

A day-of sheet for your date

Every park cheat sheet has a Plus half: pick your date and get the forecast, the hours and a ride order for that day, with a print-or-save-as-PDF button so it goes in a pocket.

  • £0

    Everything free stays free

Live queue times, the full crowd calendar 9 months ahead including the quietest day of every month, ride history and park pages - no account needed, no pass needed. Plus is the planning toolkit on top, never a paywall around the numbers.

Alerts on
every ride
we track

We watch every ride at every park, and every park's published hours and forecast, and tell you the moment one changes. The three plain ride alerts are free, three at a time. Plus takes the cap off, adds the 10 that need our own capture, history or forecast to fire, and reaches you by push the second one goes.

What we are building next. None of it is part of a pass yet - it is listed so you can see where Plus is going, and every pass in force when one of these lands gets it.

Cancellation and refunds

Nothing to cancel
Every pass ends on its own when the term is up. There is no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel - you are never billed again for choosing not to come back.
Before it starts
Ask before your pass switches on and we refund it in full, whichever term it is.
Short passes
Day and Trip passes that have started may be refunded at our discretion - get in touch and we will take a look.
Non-refundable
Year and Lifetime passes are non-refundable once they have started.
The free day
Your free day costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It cannot be moved once claimed, and it cannot be claimed twice.
Processing fees
Where a refund is issued, our payment processor keeps its fee even on a refunded payment, so a refund may be for slightly less than the amount paid.
Set-up and help
We will not refund a pass because a tool was not set up, if nobody asked us for help with it. Email and we will walk you through it - usually the same day.

Any question about a pass, or a refund request, goes to [email protected].
