Efteling

Efteling is the Netherlands' largest theme park, sitting in Kaatsheuvel in North Brabant. It has been running since 1952 and is known for its fairy-tale theming and meticulous craftsmanship - highlights include Baron 1898 (a dive coaster), Python, Joris en de Draak (duelling wooden coasters), the Fata Morgana dark ride, and the iconic Sprookjesbos fairy-tale forest. The full resort includes hotels, a holiday village and a large lake.

Efteling is busy throughout Dutch and Belgian school holidays, with summer and the winter Efteling Winter Efteling event drawing particularly heavy crowds. Walibi Holland
