How do live queue times work?
Each theme park publishes current ride wait times through its operational system - the same data shown on the park's official app and in-park signs. Park Queue Times reads that data, normalises it across 88+ parks and refreshes every few minutes so you always see the latest numbers.
How accurate are the wait times?
Queue times match what you'd see inside the park. Posted waits sometimes over-estimate actual walk times by 5-15% (parks tend to pad numbers so they don't disappoint guests), so real queues are often a little shorter than the figure shown.
Which theme parks are tracked?
We track 88+ major parks including all the big UK theme parks (Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Chessington, LEGOLAND Windsor, Paultons Park), major European parks (Europa-Park, Phantasialand, Disneyland Paris, Efteling), and US chains (Disney, Universal, Six Flags, Cedar Fair). Most parks publish queue updates every 3-10 minutes. Our site refreshes automatically as soon as new data is available, so the numbers shown are always the latest from the park.
