Queue Times and Data

Where does the queue time data come from?

Our queue time data is aggregated from official theme park sources and updated in real-time. We collect, process, and present this information so you can make informed decisions about which rides to visit and when.

How accurate are the queue times?

The queue times displayed on our platform reflect the official reported wait times from each park. Data is updated every few seconds during operating hours, so you always have the most current information available.

How often are queue times updated?

Queue times are refreshed every few seconds whilst parks are open. When a park closes for the day, updates pause until the next operating period. All historical data is retained so you can review past wait times at any point.

Can I see historical queue data?

Yes. Each ride page includes historical wait time charts, hourly heatmaps, and daily patterns. This data helps you identify the quietest times to visit a particular attraction and plan your day more effectively.

What are crowd calendars?

Crowd calendars show forecasted busy levels for each park based on historical patterns and trends. They help you pick the best day to visit by giving you an at-a-glance view of expected attendance. You can find crowd calendars on each park's calendar page.

Accounts and Features

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is free and takes just a few seconds. Click "Get Started" on the homepage or visit the registration page directly. All you need is an email address and a password to get started.

What is Park Queue Times Pro?

Pro is our upcoming premium tier that will unlock advanced features including smart recommendations, trend analysis, detailed reports, unlimited favourites, park comparison tools, and trip planning. It is currently in development. Visit the Pro page to see what we have planned.

What are ride alerts?

Ride alerts are notifications that let you know when a ride's queue drops below a threshold you set. This means you never have to miss a short queue on your favourite attractions. Simply set your desired wait time and we will notify you when the queue reaches that level.

Can I save favourite parks?

Yes. With a free account, you can save up to 5 favourite parks for quick access from your dashboard. Pro users enjoy unlimited favourites, making it easy to keep track of every park you visit regularly.

What is the trip planner?

The trip planner is a Pro feature that helps you build an optimised itinerary for your park day. It takes into account predicted queue times throughout the day and suggests the best order to visit rides, helping you experience more with less waiting.

Technical

Does Park Queue Times work on mobile?

Yes. Park Queue Times is fully responsive and works on any device with a web browser, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. The interface adapts to your screen size so you always have a great experience.

Is there a mobile app?

Park Queue Times is currently a web application rather than a native app. It works brilliantly as a bookmark on your phone's home screen, giving you instant access without needing to install anything from an app store.

Does the site work offline?

Queue times are live data and require an active internet connection to display. Some previously loaded or cached data may remain available briefly, but for the most accurate and up-to-date information you will need to be connected.
