When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pro subscriptions are subject to the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase. By using the service during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right once the digital content has been fully accessed.

You agree not to:

Theme park names, ride names, and associated trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you access Park Queue Times data through an API, you agree to:

• Not redistribute raw API data without authorisation
• Provide appropriate attribution when displaying our data
• Comply with all other provisions of these Terms

We do not guarantee that queue time data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date at all times. Actual wait times at theme parks may vary from the information displayed on our platform. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Park Queue Times and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Park Queue Times, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime when possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
